FAQ
How much does AroFlo cost?
AroFlo starts at $80 per user a month with a minimum of 3 users, so at least $240 a month at the published starting rate. The per-user rate drops as you add users. There's also a start-up cost from $1,450, or $2,900 with implementation.
Can a sole trader use AroFlo?
AroFlo says it suits sole traders up to large operations, but its plans now have a 3-user minimum. Its cheaper sole-trader plan was discontinued in 2025. A sole trader is usually better off with a simpler, cheaper app.
Does AroFlo work offline?
Only partly. AroFlo's own FAQ says it doesn't really work offline, though some field tasks do.
Is AroFlo Australian?
Yes. It's headquartered in Melbourne and is part of the Simpro Group, which also owns Simpro.
